Leezy Art offers custom art services and the sale of handcrafted products, including drawings, prints, wooden rings, mugs, comics, stickers, and other creative items. All products are handcrafted and unique.

3. Recipients of the Services

Our services are intended for all users. Users under 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian to make purchases or use the services.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reasons.
Prices on the site include VAT where applicable.

5. Delivery Methods

Home delivery : via courier (Poste Italiane or other) to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Local pickup : Available for customers within 20 km of the registered office . Contact leezyartshop@gmail.com to arrange collection and avoid shipping costs.

6. Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery , as provided for by Italian and European law (Consumer Code).

Return conditions :

The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging.
Returns for comics or books are only accepted if they have manufacturing defects or order errors.
Returns are not accepted for items that have been intentionally damaged or excessively used.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated.

Return procedure :

Send an email to leezyartshop@gmail.com indicating:
- Name and surname
- Order number
- Product to be returned
- Product motivation and photo
After approval, return the product following the instructions provided.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product in compliance with the conditions indicated above.

7. Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to the Consumer Code (Article 128 et seq.). In the event of defective or non-compliant products, please contact leezyartshop@gmail.com to arrange repair, replacement or refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Leezy Art will not be liable for damages resulting from:

Incorrect or improper use of the products
Accidental or deliberate ingestion of the products
Damage to persons or property resulting from improper use

All products, including wooden rings, stickers, mugs, drawings, comics, and prints, are not intended for ingestion and must be used as intended.

We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Leezy Art (images, text, logos, designs, artwork) is copyrighted and belongs to Abbà Gabriele , unless otherwise noted.

Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of the contents without our written consent or that of the legitimate owners is prohibited.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to registered users or posted on the site. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
