1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- New and Unused : The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in excellent condition.
- Manufacturing Defects : For items such as comics or books, returns are only acceptable if the product has manufacturing defects or errors in the order.
- Exclusions : We do not accept returns on items showing signs of excessive use or intentional damage. Customized or made-to-measure products are not eligible for returns unless they have manufacturing defects.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for products lost during returns.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days .
- In case of refusal, we will inform you of the reason and send you the product again.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
